Key Responsibilities within
The Club Structure

Ethics Council

The Ethics Council, constituting the first five responsibilities, serves as the guardians of The DEF ETHICS, our constitution. This committee ensures that our organization adheres to its principles and that our activities align with our values.

Prime Member

The Prime Member plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our Club and its membership. This individual is entrusted with maintaining the cohesion and integrity of our organization.

President

The President takes charge of our funding and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently for the benefit of the community.

Vice-President

The Vice-President is responsible for fostering coordination and collaboration among our Club members. This role is crucial in maintaining effective teamwork.

Chief of Medical Activities (CMA)

CMA oversees our medical initiatives, ensuring that we provide support to those in need. This role is instrumental in promoting health and well-being within the community.

Chief of Educational Activities (CEA)

CEA is dedicated to promoting education excellence. This committee empowers students through scholarships, mentorship, and educational resources.

Chief of Occupational Activities (COA)

COA plays a vital role in bridging the gap between job seekers and employment opportunities. This committee also supports local farmers through government schemes, fostering livelihoods.

Chief of Responsible Activities (CRA)

This role is dedicated to leading the Plantation Tasks held annually from June to August. The initiative encourages members to plant trees corresponding to their age

Chief of Cultural Activities (CCA)

Responsible for organizing the annual ‘Ratna Puraskar’ event in November and December to honor contributions in various fields, while also promoting and preserving cultural heritage within the community.
