At The DEF, we serve selflessly to promote patriotism and unity across The Nation.
Mission.
At The DEF, We aim to create impactful change through structured, non-political initiatives. Our mission is to unite educated and patriotic youth to serve the nation selflessly through structured, non-political initiatives. We focus on five key areas: आरोग्यम् (health), कर्तव्यम् (duty), अध्यापनम् (education), उद्यम (entrepreneurship), and संस्कारम् (cultural values), aiming to drive sustainable community development and social welfare.
Vision.
We aim to build a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant community.To build a nation where every citizen is dedicated to the well-being of society, guided by the principles of health, duty, education, entrepreneurship, and cultural preservation. We envision a future where our efforts inspire generations to uphold these values, fostering a culture of service, sustainability, and national pride.
What We Do?
We organize and execute various community-focused projects, including health camps, educational support, tree plantation drives, job fairs, and cultural preservation activities. Our goal is to empower individuals to actively contribute to nation-building, guided by a spirit of service and a deep sense of responsibility towards our country and its future generations.
1. आरोग्यम्
(Health):
We promote community health through initiatives like blood donation camps, medical aid for the needy, and health awareness programs, ensuring access to essential healthcare services.
2. कर्तव्यम्
(Duty):
We focus on environmental conservation and civic responsibility by organizing tree plantation drives, village improvement programs, and other activities that nurture our connection to the motherland.
3. अध्यापनम्
(Education):
We support educational advancement by training talented students for competitive sports and providing academic assistance to deserving and underprivileged students, fostering their growth and success.
4. उद्यम
(Entrepreneurship):
We empower individuals with opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship by hosting job fairs, offering business guidance, and educating farmers about government schemes.
5. संस्कारम्
(Cultural Values):
We preserve and promote cultural heritage by recognizing outstanding individuals with awards, distributing religious texts like the Bhagavad Gita, and conducting cultural programs that instill traditional values.

How We Do?

Division (Taluka) wise CLUB Structure of The DEF
The DEF’s Taluka-level executive committee, known as the CLUB, consists of 48 members. This includes 8 Committee Members (Prime Member, President, Vice-President, CMA, CRA, CEA, COA, CCA) and 5 main divisions, each with 8 representatives. All members are local residents from the same Taluka.
There are no specific requirements regarding age, education, or status to become an official member (RCM) of the CLUB. However, members must be financially self-sufficient and actively participate in the CLUB’s activities and tasks.
Members contribute financially through two primary channels: the Shivnidhi fund and the 1Day1₹ campaign, which support the CLUB’s ongoing initiatives.
Members earn Marks (ISM) for participating in CLUB activities and tasks. Achieving 50 ISM in a year earns the title of Social Engineer, while reaching 100 ISM bestows the honor of Doctorate of Social Welfare within the CLUB.
Each year, one exemplary individual from each Taluka is selected for the prestigious Ratna Puraskar for their outstanding contributions in various fields. This award also grants the title of ECM (Ethics Council Member) within the CLUB.
