Account Delete Request

At The DEF, we value your privacy and provide the option to delete your account if you no longer wish to be a member of our community.

To delete your account from both the website and the app, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request via Email
   Send an email to connect@thedef.club with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please include your full name, registered email address, and a brief reason for the request (optional).

2. Verification Process
   Once we receive your request, we will initiate a verification process to ensure the security of your account. You may be asked to provide additional details to confirm your identity.

3. Account Deletion
   Upon successful verification, your account will be permanently deleted from our system within 7 business days. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be removed.
